In today’s uncertain times, the practice of mindfulness can offer the gift of nourishing moments of natural presence, foster well-being, boost resilience to change, spur spontaneity, and enhance our capacity to experience natural joy and happiness.
Each session will include mindfulness meditation practice and learning skillful mind tools such as awareness and kindness. There will be an interactive period for Q&A and optional sharing by participants.
