We are buffeted by myriad stimuli daily, that can hijack our attention, and entangle us in habitual reactivity. When we are caught, we may lose touch with our wholeness and aliveness in the moment. The good news is attention can be trained with kind intention. The cultivation of mindful presence is a powerful portal to transform the habits of the mind. The practice helps us see things clearly and attend to our inner lives with care and compassion. Neuroscience research shows the efficacy of mindfulness in promoting calm, resilience, and well-being.
