Cultivating Mindful Presence Drop-in (Series)

“To pay attention - this is our endless and proper work.”- Mary Oliver

We are buffeted by myriad stimuli daily, that can hijack our attention, and entangle us in habitual reactivity. When we are caught, we may lose touch with our wholeness and aliveness in the moment. The good news is attention can be trained with kind intention. The cultivation of mindful presence is a powerful portal to transform the habits of the mind. The practice helps us see things clearly and attend to our inner lives with care and compassion. Neuroscience research shows the efficacy of mindfulness in promoting calm, resilience, and well-being.

What to expect?
Inviting you to an exploration of mindfulness, as a tool for inner well-being and freedom, in a community of practice. The training is based on Buddhist insight teachings, that can be applied secularly and universally. Your choice to train the mind connects to a larger trend of wisdom and balance across the globe.

Each session will have an opening 15–20 minute guided meditation, followed by either a short talk, mindful group sharing, or a Q&A. Nothing to prepare.

Registration needed. This is a drop-in. You can attend one or more session. Sessions are free. Some video recordings will be made available in the online store.

Come, and engage your curiosity!
